The baseball playoffs are two days old and we have already managed to lose two games to the Yankees. We are supposed to match up on paper, but we seem to be a key hit here and there away from being able to push the issue. Tip of the cap to Andy Pettitte for a gutty pitching performance, again, against the Twins.
Our outfield of Young, Span, and Kubel is not terribly adept at fielding the ball, and they have been contributing much of anything with the bats either.
Let's hope for some magic on Saturday.
